Happy New Year

We’d like to wish you all a Happy New Year and say a huge thank you to everyone who helped make 2007 our best year to date.

As we begin the new year I thought it would be fun to reflect upon at a few highlights from 2007 and look forward to 2008.

  • Fantastic wedding venues! Following on from the previous season where we shot weddings at Windsor Castle, Romsey Abbey, Somerset House, The Rookery and Somerley House, we added some more top venues to our list this year with Arley Hall, Hotel du Vin, Thornton Manor, Trafalgar Park, Cannon Hall and Hampton Court House. In addition to some regular favourites, this year we’ll be adding Dundas Castle, Swinton Park and Rudding Park to our venue list.
  • We launched a new website designed to fully showcase our portfolio and product range. We hope you like it!
  • An active blog was added to our website which has allowed us to post regular updates with our favourite images and relevant news.
  • Boasting books have been incredibly popular and have made an excellent addition to our product range and are a favourite with new mums.
  • At the beginning of the year we signed up to Jorgensen Albums which we love.
  • Portraits have also kept us very busy with canvas orders and gorgeous framed images.
  • Randall Photography was featured in the Yorkshire Today Wedding Guide.
  • .. and not to forget a new member of the team arrived… Harriet Randall :-)

In store for 2008!

  • We have launched a new series of training courses for beginners in digital photography. See our website at www.dslrtraining.co.uk. Oh.. and if I haven’t mentioned it already, all our clients automatically receive a 10% discount on our training courses.
  • A destination wedding to the south of France. Very much looking forward to that one!
  • We’ll be introducing a series of articles for brides with helpful advice and tips for arranging their wedding photography and choosing the best photographer for the job.
  • You’ll be seeing us at more wedding fairs in the Yorkshire region and nationally.

Here’s to a great 2008!

Best wishes,

All at Randall Photography
