I used to live near Windsor so it was great to meet Kirsty and Jonathan there for a coffee and to take their pre-wedding photos. Not only is Windsor a great place to spend the day, but it’s also a top location for photos with plenty of options to choose from. On this occasion we decided to avoid the obvious clichéd backdrops and headed off to somewhere quieter. One of the main reasons that I spend time with couples before the wedding is to help build confidence leaving one less thing to worry about on the day. By the time we made it to the Two Brewers for refreshments, both Kirsty and Jonathan were relaxing naturally in front of the camera and enjoying themselves.

We’re heading north of the border to one of my favourite parts of the country for their wedding. Dundas Castle is a stunning venue set in beautiful surroundings in Edinburgh. I can’t wait!
