For Vicky and Andrew’s engagement shoot we headed into Leeds for an urban portrait session. I couldn’t have asked for a better backdrop. We started in a quiet area of town by Malmaison which allowed us to kick things off without too many distractions. Let’s face it not everyone feels comfortable in front of the camera, let alone when Leeds shoppers are walking by wondering what’s going on! This is why we include a pre-wedding shoot in all of our wedding services. Not to embarrass you in front of passers by, but to give you confidence in front of the camera so you’re left looking forward to the photography on your wedding day.
After a short while we headed into the hustle and bustle of the main high streets followed by several great locations along the canal.
We took some fantastic photos on what was a blistering hot day. We’re looking forward to the wedding later this year which will be held at Holme Pierrepont Hotel, Nottinghamshire.
Below are some of my favourite images. Family and friends can view all the images on our gallery which requires registration.
