Are all castles in Scotland magical wedding venues? Either that or we’ve been very lucky to photograph some stunning locations which include Dundas Castle, Drumtochty Castle and now Guthrie Castle.
Guthrie Castle is a beautiful venue and being located near to where Babs grew up it was the perfect place for her and Ben to have their wedding reception. The whole day was incredibly relaxed and although the wet weather persisted right through to the late afternoon, it certainly didn’t put a dampener on the celebrations.
We had a fantastic time shooting their wedding and along with the prize for most original flowers, Bab’s sister Heather wins the competition for the most original wedding gift – a piece of bagpipe music composed especially for the occasion which was expertly played by Steven Dewar from Scotia Pipers.
Congratulations to both Babs and Ben.
