I tend to use Clarence Dock in Leeds for engagement shoots as every time I visit I find new locations and backdrops to create interesting and fun portraits. Not only is it a great choice for a pre-wedding shoot but being located next to the halls of residence where Georgina & Daniel first met, it has the added benefit of being important to the both of them.
We had some great light on the day and being a Sunday evening there were very few people around – not that it mattered as they immediately relaxed in to the shoot without a hint of camera shyness.
I’m really looking forward to documenting their wedding later this year which will be held at the rather cool Aston Hall in Sheffield.
