If you’re feeling down from the lack of daylight as the winter evenings draw in earlier and earlier, here is a simple remedy… dig out some summer images!
I’ve been working on Amy an Ali’s images for the past couple of hours and doing so has brushed away the autumn doom and gloom and lifted my spirits. It’s not just the images of sunflowers, blue skies and brilliant sunlight that’s working it’s magic on me, but it’s also the memories of what was a fantastic day. Amy & Ali’s wedding which has held at Cannon Hall and then Brooklands was a day to remember. The organisation was spot on and with many parts to the day, including drinks in the walled garden, afternoon tea, garden games and the reception at Brooklands, there was plenty to photograph.
For the bride and groom portraits we used the beautiful gardens at Cannon Hall and an old farmyard which I found ideally located on route to Brooklands. Fortunately the owners of the farmyard were family friends so we weren’t chased off their land! :-)
Julie and I had an incredible time photographing Amy & Ali’s wedding and it was a pleasure to work with such a fantastic couple.
Below are some of my favourites from the day. Friends and family can view all the images on our gallery which is at www.randallweddings.co.uk/store. Please ask Amy or Ali for the password or get in contact with us at the studio.
